In the last 18 months, Construction company Mauad acquired a landbank in Rio de Janeiro and Teresopolis for R$80 million. With the expectation of doubling revenues by the end of next year, Mauad has launches scheduled for the last quarter of 2022 and the first of 2023, with the profile of a high-end development. In the last year, the construction company has seen its sales double. Based on the growing HDI of small cities, the consolidation of the home office, the cost of living in large cities, in addition to the growing violence in Rio de Janeiro, Mauad has strengthened itself to meet the migration resulting from the search for a better quality of life, comfort and security.
