Sustainable Real Estate Developments

Environmental Recovery

• Donation of trees removed during the beginning of works for municipal parks and forest gardens. In 2021, palm trees, bromeliads and stands from the Reserva do Alto greenhouse were donated to the Municipal Garden of Teresopolis.
• Reconstruction, recovery and treatment of Water Source Amelia, returning history and drinking water to the city of Teresopolis.
