We understand that the harmony and beauty of a building do not end with the completion of the project and are consolidated in the finished work. It was precisely with this in mind that Mauad emerged: from the desire of the family’s second generation of architects to rescue work done with responsibility and coordination in all steps of the undertaking.

It is possible to see the quality of Mauad’s work in projects spread throughout Brazil. We are very proud to have been part of the restoration and transformation of major projects throughout our history. Constructing for big clients has given us a lot of results to show.

But that’s only one part of the story. Long before a project is delivered, even before it is designed, our story with each client already begins. Over the last 20 years, with residential and corporate projects, our work fulfills dreams and meet needs. And we take it very seriously.

We were part from the retrofit of the Cultura bookstore in the center of Rio de Janeiro to the construction of Charitas Ferry Station, but our next big project could be your home!
